Your tasks
Establishment and further development of regional markets
Search for and development of cooperation partners in the respective countries
Independent planning and coordination of sales and market access activities
Implementation and coordination of the annual 5-year sales and turnover planning
Initiating and implementing new product launches in collaboration with Medical Marketing and Brand Management
Coordination and implementation of international pricing policy, including price and reimbursement applications to the authorities for the respective countries
Responsible for sales and results for the regions
Preparation of market and country analyses as well as business cases for sales development and new sales potentials
Conducting cooperation and contract negotiations and developing sales contracts for both new and existing partners
Regional development of the company portfolio
Your profile
Completed studies in natural science, pharmacy or medicine or a comparable education
5-8 years of professional experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment in an international context
Proven sales success
Experience in contract negotiations
Ideally contacts in the relevant market
Confident appearance with customers during presentations and negotiations
Communication and enthusiasm skills as well as intercultural negotiation skills
High willingness to travel
Fluent Spanish and English skills as well as good knowledge of the German language
