To support in B Lab Germany’s Community Coordination and Communications tasks and assist with the overall Communiy and Communications strategy
Overall Community and Communications Strategy - Working closely with and supporting the Community & Communications Manager on all topics as well as assisting with the strategic approach on community management and external communications of B Lab Germany
Community Engagement
- Account management of the community (replying to incoming inquiries, onboarding new B Corps, managing the B Community platform)
Helping organize and deliver community-related events, sessions and workshops, both online and in person (e.g. monthly community call, onboardings, community gatherings etc.)
Event execution (eg. creating events on eventbrite, scheduling calls, inviting speakers, guests, sending follow-ups, recordings etc.)
Helping to improve the B Corp community customer journey (e.g. developing ressources, updating material, streamlining the onboarding process)
Tracking and updating community engagement and database in Salesforce as well as assisting to build a system of sound community engagement data management
Communications
- Support in email campaigns and recurring send-outs (e.g development of newsletter templates, setting up campaigns in Pardot, collecting relevant content, writing articles and summaries)
- Support on campaigns like B Corp Month (eg. hosting brainstorming sessions, collecting best practices, drafting campaign activations, support on roll-out)
- Social Media management, keeping an eye on our Social Media channels, answering requests, engaging with community, publish and share content, measure engagement
- Support in the development of a strong (social) media presence to increase awareness in the German market
- Passion for using business as a force for social and sustainable change
- Enrolled student in Germany
- Willingness to be part of the team for at least 12 months
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A creative mindset to contribute ideas and innovative approaches
- Strong ability to solve problems in a customer-oriented way
- Feel comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment. It will be varied and fast-paced
- Experience with digital tools such as Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, etc. is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English (fluent) and German (fluent)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot would be a plus)
- Experience or interest in event management, including organizing and executing both online and in-person events
- Experience and fun in content creation, including writing articles and engaging social media posts, creating images and keeping the voice and tone consistent across channels.

Standard working student contract
Salary of 14 EUR/hour
- Hybrid - both working from the office and working from home is allowed
