- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the enterprise mobile industry, across devices, telecom, mobile device management (MDM/UEM), or related start-ups, and with Enterprise IT deployments.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in German with local stakeholders.
- Experience with key Enterprise partners and executive relationships.
- Experience with partnership development and ongoing partner relationship management.
- Experience in enterprise mobility across the enterprise mobility ecosystem in Europe.
- Ability to serve as an advocate for ecosystems internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues.
- Ability to represent in agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve strong ongoing partner alignment.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish Android Enterprise across the European ecosystem, driving customer adoption and growth. Collaborate with key partner types, including Carriers, OEMs, EMMs, SIs, and VAR channels.
- Provide valuable local market insights to inform product direction and ensure success in this critical growth market. Act as the primary escalation point for enterprise relationships across the ecosystem, both internally and externally.
- Navigate the complexity and ambiguity associated with building a presence from the ground up, establishing Google as a leader in B2B.
- Exhibit internal and external entrepreneurship, representing business opportunities to ensure proper prioritization within the organization.
