Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

We want you to:

Works under direct supervision and follows procedures and instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the position or specialization.
Resolves routine questions and problems and refers to higher levels for more complex issues.
Focuses on completing specific task or assignments.
Learning management System Support
Provide LMS advice and support to the Hyundai NSCs regarding setup of training activities, Programs, Certifications and Reportings
Support the successful operation of the LMS, co-ordinate and deliver training of the system to the NSCs / subsidiaries
Continually reviews, creates and updates LMS process guides, FAQs and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintains LMS updates and reports any issues / ‘bugs’ to the LMS supplier provide feedback on system requirements and suggest required or potential amendments
Training coordination and preparation
Oversee and monitor all HME Training course bookings to ensure course fill KPI’s and objectives are achieved
Update delegate attendance records in LMS and maintain the course registration
Creates and produces concise and timely reports for stakeholders to review and action as directed by Training Manager
Produce booking and training attendance reports
Support during training events such as e.g. trainer seminar or competitions
E-learning module handling
Training material translation handling

About you:

Customer-oriented, having a partnership approach in serving customers
Willing to owning responsibilities and demonstrating reliability
M/S office must be proficient using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and experience of a LMS would be beneficial.
Knowledge and experience with authoring tools e.g. storyline would be beneficial
Basic IT knowledge /IT affinity
