As (Senior) Marketing Analyst at WBS Coding School, you are responsible for building up our marketing infrastructure and reporting system to enable the leadership team to take strategic decisions. You are truly passionate about marketing analytics and also possess strong business acumen.

Build our marketing intelligence infrastructure by setting up our data warehouse
Set-up and maintain the tracking of our marketing channels and activities
Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, CAC, CPL
Measure ROI of online and offline campaigns
Conduct research on consumers, market trends, competitive landscape and brand awareness/perception in order to provide actionable insights
Work very closely with the leadership team to forecast market trends and to support marketing strategy
Analyze A/B tests, communicate results and provide recommendations

YOUR SKILLS

At least 2+ years of experience as Marketing Analyst or Business Analyst
Mastery in tracking set-up and maintenance (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
Strong knowledge of statistical and research methods
Demonstrated business acumen: for you it is not enough to build advanced reports, but you also act as point of reference for marketing strategy
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
Deep understanding of search engines, business research and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4)
Ability to communicate effectively complex information
German or Austrian residency and EU work permit is required
