About the internship
Join our team and have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that will stretch your skills and help you grow as a professional. We will put together a set of stimulating topics for you to work on, based on whether you prefer a practical internship or you need to write a thesis. During your internship you will be offered the chance to work on, research and often even implement your ideas, which allows you to also actually see your work in action! In any case, you will work as a full member of our HR team during your internship, and we will hand over impactful topics to work on with a perfect balance of trust and support! Unlock your potential with a diverse range of tasks such as:
- Conceptualising and implementing a campaign to support the roll-out of our new leadership model
- Support in designing a leadership development road-map to enable our managers to become great servant leaders
- Taking an active role in the implementation of our new HR Management Software to implement the parts of Learning (Learning Management System), Talent Management and Onboarding in the new system
- Support in the design of initiatives connected to the topic of Mental Health and Self-Management
- Support in developing and implementing concepts for training (including e-learnings) for our employees
- Support in the implementation of feedback initiatives and in the launch of our updated concept for development talks and impact talks
- Support in the design of a company-wide competency framework
About You
Our internship program is tailored for individuals with an educational background in HR. Examples of appropriate study areas are pedagogics, psychology or (International) Business. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is doing a bachelor or other university/university of applied sciences study and who has a self-guided and independent working style.
- A high interest and a lot of curiosity in the field of people and leadership development as well as learning and training.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and training.
- Preferably first experience in training: conceptualisation and organisation.
- Preferably an affinity for tooling to dive deep into and become an expert of our new HR Software / Learning Management System.
- Proactive as well as ability and willingness to learn
- A very good command of the English language.
- A very good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etcetera).
