YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

• As part of our People & Culture team, you co-create smooth processes by taking our day-to-day operational support to the next level.
• You work with our international EOR (Employer of Record) partners by managing all related people processes, including payroll systems and ensuring our team operates smoothly across the globe.
• You enjoy providing an excellent employee experience from on- to offboarding including relocation support.
• You create international employment contracts, salary adjustments, references, and certificates for our international entities and lift our administrative processes to the next efficiency level, e.g. through process automation.
• You ensure a great payroll experience for all our Sprykees by preparing the monthly payroll for our international entities, and by providing relevant data to our payroll vendors.
• You make us smarter by identifying and executing payroll process improvements and driving the automation of the payroll process forward.

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring 2+ years of experience in international people operations management (incl. a good understanding of labor law and payroll), in a fast-moving environment.
• You love working in an international team and speak both German and English fluently.
• Your excellent communication skills and positive charisma make you the first point of contact for our employees and business partners in personnel-related matters.
• You are a pro in working with HR tools (HiBob is a plus), GSuite, MS Office, and new media.
• As an organizational talent, you work in a structured and detailed manner and thus maintain a complete overview of the situation.
• You are intellectually curious, like challenging the status quo, and learning is a natural process and inspiration for you.
• You actually enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while embracing change positively.
• You strive for innovation and are curious and passionate for anything AI and automation-related.
• In addition, you are flexible and reliable and work independently as well as in a team.
