Your role
- Develop and implement a global DEIB strategy that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives
- Ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded in all aspects of the organization's culture, policies, and practices (i.e., recruiting, talent management, business processes)
- Conceptualize and implement DEIB training and education programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate closely with corporate communications and employer branding to raise internal and external awareness of our DEIB program
- Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and opportunities, track the effectiveness of DEIB efforts and establish forecasting indicators
- Establish and maintain cooperations with external organizations, commissions, research groups and networks to support the DEIB efforts and to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) management
- A degree (Master’s degree preferred) in the fields of social, societal or cultural sciences or comparable professional experience
- Strong understanding of DEIB strategy, best practices and industry trends
- Strategic thinking & acting
- Strong empathy, initiative and team spirit and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
- Excellent verbal and written expression and argumentation skills in English, gladly also in other foreign languages
- Very strong project management and organizational skills
