Your role

Develop and implement a global DEIB strategy that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives

Ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded in all aspects of the organization's culture, policies, and practices (i.e., recruiting, talent management, business processes)

Conceptualize and implement DEIB training and education programs for employees at all levels of the organization

Collaborate closely with corporate communications and employer branding to raise internal and external awareness of our DEIB program

Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and opportunities, track the effectiveness of DEIB efforts and establish forecasting indicators

Establish and maintain cooperations with external organizations, commissions, research groups and networks to support the DEIB efforts and to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) management
-
A degree (Master’s degree preferred) in the fields of social, societal or cultural sciences or comparable professional experience

Strong understanding of DEIB strategy, best practices and industry trends

Strategic thinking & acting

Strong empathy, initiative and team spirit and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders

Excellent verbal and written expression and argumentation skills in English, gladly also in other foreign languages

Very strong project management and organizational skills
