Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a CRM Audience Specialist Europe (m/w/d) to join our Marketing team. This role will be based at our Hamburg Business Support office, and reports into the CRM Manager Europe on a permanent basis. The salary on offer for this role is c. €43,000, based on skills and experience.
About the Role...
You'll spearhead the exploration of our customer database, honing in on key insights to craft precisely targeted first-party data segments. Collaborating seamlessly with our regional CRM, Performance Marketing, eCommerce teams, and digital agencies, you'll power up our email, SMS, and paid media campaigns. Your meticulous attention to detail will drive the data analysis and segmentation process, forging unforgettable experiences through captivating communication on social platforms, email, and SMS.
This role is all about optimising ad performance and CRM results, making a tangible impact on our guest relationships. While your primary focus lies in segment identification and data delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Advertising Studio, you'll also engage meaningfully with marketing, IT, and operations. This is your chance to shape our CRM and paid media efforts, refine guest communications, and fuel growth across the board.
