We are looking for customer service agents (m/f/d) to support the booking transactions of an airline. The position is open for part- and fulltime employees.

Your (m/f/d) duties in customer service / customer support include:

- booking flights
- cancel / change travel details
- supporting customers with limitations (wheelchairs, babies, oversized luggage etc.)
- meal reservations
- reply to questions concerning the frequent flyer bonus programme

Our requirements:

- fluent in German, Czech, or Dutch
- PC literate
- can work shifts
- customer mindset
- highly motivated self starter
- professional yet fun
- non EU passport holders require a valid work permit upfront
