Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklungsergebnisse im Rahmen Produktionssystementwicklung sicherstellen
- spezifische Expertise des Kompetenzmoduls einbringen
- Kosten- und Zeitziele erreichen
- Prozesse implementieren, optimieren
- Kennzahlen aus 6-Sigma Methodik ableiten und vor Ort verfügbar machen
- Angebotsprozess unterstützen
- Stabilität und KVP vor Ort sicherstellen (QCS)
- Kennzahlen erheben und Maßnahmen ableiten (CPK, WKC)
- Produktionseinrichtung kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
- Prozessgrenzen kennen, Prozesseinhaltung sicherstellen
- Arbeitsfähigkeit der Linie sicherstellen (Zusammenarbeit mit AV)
- AM / VM aus Prüfbefunden nachhaltig umsetzen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Ingenieurs-Studium/ Techniker-Ausbildung im Bereich Automations- oder Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
Verantwortungsbereitschaft , Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Sichere, zielgerichtete und engagierte Arbeitsweise
Methodische Arbeitsweise, 6-Sigma Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zur ständiger Verbesserung der Abläufe und Coaching der Teams
Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik von elektronischen Baugruppen
Grundkenntnisse von TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing ) von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse von Lean Prinzipien in der Fertigung
Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Geschick und Spaß bei der organisatorischen Gestaltung von Fertigungs- / Prüfabläufen
