Your role

You will play a leading role in the continuous development of the Indirect Procurement function. Together with the management team you will develop projects and improvement activities across the whole Indirect Procurement organization on a global scale.

Your future plan

• Identify trends within indirect procurement and identify potential improvement initiatives

• Prioritise improvement initiatives based on potential benefit and effort

• Mobilise respective project team members for improvement initiatives

• Coordinate and promote improvement initiatives, track and report progress and achievements

• Take project management role for Indirect Procurement within the scope of overarching projects

• Act as main interface to Governance team with regards to all analytics related topics

• Gather requirements for Indirect procurement spend reporting & KPIs

• Support creation and maintenance of market analysis, should-cost models, etc.

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• 3 years+ experience in management consulting role

• Experience in procurement (e.g., category strategies, RFx processes, P2P optimization, capability enhancement)

• Very good communication and change management skills

• Comprehensive analytical and data modelling skills

• Business fluent in English
