Working hours: Part-time / full-time (35-40 hours/ week)

Support language: Ukrainian-English (Excellent Ukrainian language skills and a good command of English are required for this position)

Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team:

• Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in UKRAINIAN
• Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
• Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
• You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Your Skills:

• Online advertising experience is desirable
• Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Ukrainian (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Affinity for social media and active social media users
• Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
