We are looking for a bar-raising Partner Operations team member who work with our airline partners to help them get the most out of their partnership with cargo.one. Your mission will be growing relationships with data-driven solutions for airlines as part of the Airline Partnerships team.

Own the relationship with local airline stakeholders (airline sales teams and general sales agents) and run the “behind the scenes” of partner-in-market expansion, onboarding, training and guiding them through their digital transformation journey
Run the market launch process of a partner airline into a new market on cargo.one, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the quality of supply and operational performance of our partner airlines and constantly strive to find improvement areas for them to successfully sell digitally on cargo.one
Set up customer success and service processes to help us scale our operations and accelerate our growth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product and business development to find creative and scalable solutions and proactively improve the service level of our airline partners and the freight forwarder experience using cargo.one
You have 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success or business development and project management skills (Experience working in a SaaS or transaction-based environment is a plus)
You have a passion for making customers successful and have a track record of selling to, onboarding and training customers
You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build strong long-term value-driven relationships with various stakeholders
You possess an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment
You value building great relationships and trust with your team and managers.
You love experimenting with new ideas and get super excited when you find an opportunity for process improvement.
You see working remotely successfully as a pioneering challenge which is constantly evolving.
