Purpose:
Support the Global Benefits & Recognition Lead in creation and delivery of “best in class” Benefits & Recognition programs, policies, processes, and practices fully aligned with adidas business and people strategy and best practices in terms of Corporate Governance.
Engage in Global Benefits & Recognition strategies and roadmaps, related initiatives, and deliverables.
Support consulting of HR teams on global concepts and processes, engage in global Benefits & Recognition projects to enhance the strategic contribution of the Global Benefits & Recognition function and to add more value to the HR Community.
Support the end-to-end process design and delivery for annual processes and working closely with Global Business Services (GBS).
Strong focus on using data, analytics, and digitalization to ensure the best Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support creation and implementation of the global Benefits & Recognition strategies
- Support the design & delivery of global Benefits & Recognition programs, in alignment with market practice, trends and the adidas business and people strategy, based on data & analytics and ensuring the best Employee Experience
- Help to ensure that adidas global Benefits & Recognition policies and practices support the attraction, motivation, engagement, and retention of the best talent
- Support global/local project/process workstreams in the delivery of these projects/processes.
- Support definition of end-to-end process standards with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, for successful process delivery and support process excellence by governing and monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of global Benefits & Recognition processes
- Participate in the mitigation of risks and manage compliance with all regulatory requirements for global Benefits & Recognition program. Provide global transparency and governance on the status of the program (compliance, process governance) and vendors financial reporting. Oversee the development and digital tracking and reporting of KPIs.
- Remain abreast of existing and future trends and implications on global Benefits & Recognition Programs. Provide ongoing evaluation of the programs to ensure alignment with market and strategy
- Assist in managing global vendor relationships supported by Procurement
- Support design and execution of change management for global Benefits & Recognition programs
- Assist in development of change management and communication material and support delivery of training on global Benefits & Recognition topics. Apply storytelling techniques to facilitate effective change management and achieve alignment and buy-in, at all levels of the organization.
- Act as global Benefits & Recognition Expert and counterpart for Rewards GEO teams and HR Business Partners.
- Support the Digital Rewards Lead in the identification and delivery of digital solutions

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with specialization in global Benefits & Recognition
