- You are responsible to foster and maintain a trusted relationship with our customers in our industries, such as the Healthcare & Life science Industry, Financial Services, Logistics and transportation, Retail, Energy, and many more
- Advise of our enterprise and large customers on the executive level on their digital transformation journey and how the DIGITALL portfolio will help them to succeed
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the area of project services, managed services, technology service, software development and products/solutions and business consulting
- Develop strategies to enhance the share of wallet at our customers
- Work closely with the delivery units to ensure the quality of our deliverables and act as a steering committee member in customer projects
- Account planning and reaching the revenue and gross margin goals within your customer segment
- Your expert status will also help you to consult your customers in specific areas
- University degree in IT, Business Administration or similar
- Expert in the above industries
- Knowledge of technologies, e.g. Microsoft Stack, Salesforce Stack , etc. to translate business requirements into cloud solutions
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, account management, professional services, solutions sales or equivalent tasks
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Strong affinity for digital topics and an interest in thinking outside the box
