MINE Restaurant was opened in January 2017 in the heart of Charlottenburg. MINE’s cuisine represents a modern interpretation of Italian classics. Our young cosmopolitan team runs thу popular and sophisticated MINE very successfully– since 2020, MINE has been listed in the Guide Michelin as one of the two best Italian restaurants in Berlin. We are also known for an excellent wine list with an assortment of over 100 different wines and in the year 2022, we received the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence.

Our team achieves such outstanding results thanks to impeccable service, a shared passion for hospitality and Italian culture and continuous development and training. To further delight our guests, we are looking for a Waiter (m/w/d) to join our team and to grow together.

Aufgaben

Preparing the restaurant according to our in-house standards
Warm welcome and farewell to the guests
Seating guests according to table plan
Presenting the MINE-menu and providing detailed information upon request
Taking and serving food and drink orders
Participation in wine and service training

Qualifikation

Experience as waiter/waitress or in a similar position in service
Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Hospitable mentality and good communicational skills
English and German skills are musts - other foreign languages would be an advantage Knowledge of wine and working experience with Italian cuisine would be a great advantage
