Your tasks

To support our ambitious growth we are looking for a driven Transport Project Manager(m/f/d) to join our Transport Management (TM) team in Berlin. We are specifically looking for motivated and engaged rock stars who want to bring their (and our) PS on the road and are willing to go the extra mile to do so.

The team is responsible for the Transport Management implementation for our new customers and the identification of potential for further product development. You will take over the following responsibilities:

• 
  You will be responsible for successfully qualifying leads to customers and working closely with Business Development Team as well as our Solution Implementation Managers

• You will design concepts and business solutions for our customers and prepare for the proper rollout

• You already dispose or will build and deploy a comprehensive understanding of InstaFreight current technical capabilities and then expand them jointly with the product

• You will identify product and service related gaps, suggest improvements and solutions to cover them based on external and internal requirements

• You will work on implementation of new services and solutions for our customers together with our Product and Implementation Teams

• You ensure communication and information transparency as well as efficient internal and external stakeholder engagement

• You take full responsibility for assigned projects and tasks

Your Profile

• You have relevant professional experience including know-how in the areas of 4PL services or Transport Management, road freight transportation or supply chain management, analytics

• You have a university degree in Economics, Informatics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Transport Logistics and Supply Chain Management

• You are able to work on different tasks and projects simultaneously and can prioritise your work effectively

• You have highly developed analytical skills. Knowledge of Product and Stakeholder Management is an advantage

• Knowledge of Google or Microsoft office, as well as analytical and supply chain management tools are required

• You are fluent in English and German - other languages are an advantage

• You are located in Berlin
