Analog Devices currently produces a wide range of innovative products - including data converters, amplifiers and linear products, radio frequency (RF) ICs, power management products, sensors based on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology and other sensors, and processing products, including DSP and other processors - that are designed to meet the needs of our broad base of customers.
The candidate will provide field applications support, pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ADI broad market customer base primarily in Denmark, area possibly extending to other Nordic countries. This involves working with customers, sales and product line teams to identify opportunities and position the best solutions tailored to customer needs to grow Analog Devices market share.
Activities include, but are not limited to:

Understanding customers' system requirements and needs and proposing solutions based on ADI components and technology

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer and ensuring fast responses

Training customers on Analog Devices' solutions and products and presenting at seminars

Training Product Lines, Sales, and Applications on customer’s system requirements

Run evaluation systems/boards, being able to provide on-site customer lab support

Working together and coordinating activities with the Account Managers, driving customer’s technical support activities, and coordinating actions with Marketing and Product Lines

Developing and maintaining good relationships with Product Lines, Marketing and Application teams. Providing regular inputs and updates to support the definition of new products

Providing regular inputs on opportunities/designs wins and losses

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in electronics engineering, preferably MSEE or PhD

2 or more years of analog experience at board/system level or previous experience as Field Application Engineer or similar role will be an advantage

Mixed signal and/or power applications/design at the board/system level.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and set priorities. Able to organize activities in an independent way.

Team player, outgoing personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Capability to present to and work with all levels of Management, Sales, and Engineering

Flexibility and proactive attitude are a must.

Good lab measurement and debug skills.

Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Danish.

Ability to deliver convincing presentations

Software skills in Microcontroller and/or DSP programing is a plus

Regional Travel (within territory) 25-50% of working time
