Assistant (m/f/d) to the top management

Your tasks:

• Translation activities for meetings, events and various documents
• Administrative support for the management, in particular management of daily tasks, including calendar management and e-mail processing
• Coordination of internal and external communication to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Planning and organizing meetings, events and business trips for the top management
• Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up of actions taken

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• First professional experience desirable
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German, English and Chinese
• Organizational skills and ability to manage complex schedules
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
