For our international sales office located in Berlin (Friedrichstraße 68), we are hiring a Sales Team Leader Italy for supporting our Italian Sales Team with further growth.
Your tasks:
- Understanding, embracing and executing our well structured sales process
- Supporting and giving guidance to Italian sales team member for reaching & outperforming our mutual goals
- Data-driven and analytical Sales Controlling including weekly sales management meetings
- Managing your own sales funnel & your team's sales funnel
- Understanding and identifying customer growth potential
- Developing accounts to key accounts with recurring business opportunities & excellent account management
- Embracing the powerful features of our CRM system and share input for further improvements
Your profile:
- Any Bachelor and/or Master degree
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in B2B sales
- Minimum of 3 years experience in leading a B2B sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record for helping sales people to grow and develope to new heights
- Analytical and data-driven management capabilities
- Customer-centric thinking
- Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/ circular IT
- Fluent Italian language skills and good English skills for our internal communication
