Event Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Event Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team by october. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-end events that cater to our discerning clientele. Your attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in delivering unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Conceptualize and plan luxury events of different sizes (with commercial & branding purpose), considering client preferences, themes, and budget requirements while understanding client expectations and providing personalized service.

2. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with luxury vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainers, and venues.

3. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.

4. Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistical aspects, such as venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and on-site setup.

5. On-site Event Execution: Supervise event setup (travelling involved), troubleshoot any issues, and ensure seamless execution according to predetermined timelines.

6. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience to manage events ideally in the luxury segment, with a track record of successfully executing high-profile events

• In-depth knowledge of event trends, venues, vendors, and best practices

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent german and english) to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal and boutique teams effectively

• Creativity and attention to detail, ensuring a meticulous approach to event design and execution.

• Budgeting and financial acumen to manage event budgets and achieve desired outcomes.

• Ability to work under pressure with high resilience, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances

• Proficiency in event management software and tools
