Working Student (m/f/d) – Customer Service Project Management

Duration: 1 year contract – extendable
Requirement: Enrolled at a University
Location: Düsseldorf
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

As a Working Student within Customer Service department, you’ll be working within a dynamic, supportive, and international team where you will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service. Your main task will be to address, reply and manage customers complains and request within the B2B and B2C sector on a well know and established global marketplace platform.

• Some experience in project management
• Very good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
• Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
• Knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous
• A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
• You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
• Fluent/at least professional level in English (essential)
