Summary
For the “Sustainability” department, we are looking for a “Sustainability Reporting (f/m/d)” at the Taufkirchen or Ulm location as soon as possible.
The HENSOLDT Sustainability department is responsible for the group-wide sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting and supports specialist departments and foreign companies in the implementation of all sustainability activities.
Your Tasks

Preparation of text for publication of the sustainability report based on the ESRS standards

Consolidation of qualitative/quantitative data for the sustainability report based on the requirements of the CSRD
-
Coordination with the auditor to fulfill the requirements for the sustainability report
-
Conceptual development, further development and implementation of the structures and processes for sustainability reporting
-
Integration of relevant sustainability ratings as part of reporting
Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of business administration, sustainability management or comparable
-
Professional experience in the field of corporate reporting and sustainability is advantageous
-
Very good team and communication skills, structured and independent work as well as high analytical skills
-
Outgoing personality with initiative

Strong organizational skills and time flexibility
-
Business fluent German and English skills
