The Computershare Register Services Team is a local department within the German Computershare Operation Center, which is responsible for the provision of error-corrected data records for the maintenance of share registers.
The Registry Services Clerk's scope of work includes same-day processing of submitted shareholder data while maintaining a defined quality standard.
The Registry Services Clerk is expected to work collaboratively with the Registry team across teams and support continuous improvement and project related activities associated with the role.
The Registry Services Clerk must be able to ensure that data volumes are processed on a daily basis.
Who are we looking for?
The Registry Services Clerk is responsible for the daily processing of shareholder data in CARE to maintain a high-quality share register of registered share issuers. The processing of shareholder data ensures the use of verified records for both postal and electronic delivery.
In addition, the role holder works closely with the share register team to systematically enter bank inquiries or objections to the use of e-mail addresses.
What are your tasks?

- On-time provision of the required data on the respective dispatch date
- register data cleansing for new CASCADE - CARE entries
- Daily address cleansing in the Clearstream interface run
- register data cleansing for HVMail dispatch preparation
- On-time provision of the required data for the respective mailing date

What do you bring to the table?
Correspond with internal customers in response to queries received, providing accurate written or verbal guidance and interpretation to maintain high quality customer service standards.
Require a strong long-term ability to concentrate and a good understanding of the generally applicable processing rules for entry in CARE in order to carry out the activity. The procedural and technical knowledge for the role is acquired through training and on-the-job experience.
Must have a basic understanding of the entire project-related process within the Operation Center in order to be able to establish the connection between their activity and the invitation and registration phase based on it.
Must be able to recognize and, if necessary, escalate simple problems within the framework of the valid specifications for shareholder data cleansing. The content of the problem is resolved through consultation within the team or escalated to the responsible department in the event of technical problems.
Communicate well verbally and/or in writing with other internal departments regarding registration-specific questions and statistical surveys. The queries received are of low complexity.
