Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.

Missions

Within the field team based in Germany and under the supervision of the Regional Business Director, the Field technical Engineer will be responsible for:
Solution installation: lead the deployment and installation of our solutions in hospitals, ensuring successful implementation.
Technical support: deliver prompt and efficient technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving cases effectively.
Collaboration with medical teams: foster strong working relationships with physicians and operating room teams, optimizing the utilization of our solutions.
Customer relations: act as the primary point of contact for customers, cultivating strong relationships and representing our products as a dedicated ambassador.
Communication with European team: maintain regular, open communication with the European team to stay updated on ongoing work and upcoming developments.

Profile

You are either based in Munich or in South Bavaria
You ideally have medical devices sales experience in electrophysiology, cardiac pacing and related industries.
You have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
You are bilingual in German and fluent in English
You are a team-player, mature, results orientated
