The organisation has new leadership and is embarking on a multi-year transformation program where it is investing significantly to drive growth, revitalize the operational back bone of the business and its digital capabilities.

The Business Navigation team provides support to the C&A businesses and its leaders in steering the business towards profitable growth.

Your responsibilities

Provide & Review management reports, variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year)
Be a sparring partner for the Business Navigator.
Support the budget, planning and forecasting processes.
Analysis support
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives.
Support business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds, for new projects, co-piloted by Business Navigator

What you bring

Bachelors / Masters degree with specialization in Finance and Controlling or equivalent
First experience in business facing finance/controlling roles welcome
High IT affinity, secure handling of MS Office and in particular Excel, Powerpoint. S4/Hana Finance appreciated
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
