Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like

Support of the ISMS core processes
Support and collaboration with the Group Information Security Officer
Support of the internal business groups
After familiarization: take over a location as Information Security Officer
Preparation and support of trainings, internal and external audits and the improvement process
Tracking of risks, incidents and improvement potentials
Reporting to the Group Information Security Officer
Preparation, organization of the Management Review
Preparation and organization of the ISMS Board
Document control
Maintenance of the ISMS tool

What you need to fulfill the role

Certificates in the areas of ISMS and GDPR are an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Good expressiveness and ability to formulate high quality texts
Ability to work in a team and communicate at a high level
Structured way of working and analytical thinking
Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
Confident appearance
Willingness to travel
