ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Finance Working Student, for 20 hours per week, based in our HQ office in Mitte, Berlin. Join a dynamic, fast paced start up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one!

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Financial Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately input financial data into our accounting system, assist in reconciling accounts, and provide support for financial analysis and reporting

• Expense Management: Assist in the tracking and management of company expenses, including verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with company policies

• Support Audit and Compliance: Aid in the preparation for financial audits and compliance activities, ensuring all necessary documents and records are readily available

• Invoicing and Billing: Help with the invoicing process, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding invoices

• Bank Reconciliation: Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies

• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake various ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by the finance team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills enable you to connect with a wide rage of personalities

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Your positive, outgoing and can-do attitude is contagious

• Fluent English proficiency is a must, and German language skills are a plus
