A new exciting internal opportunity has become available within Trial Operations!

We are seeking a Global Study Manager responsible for all operational aspects of study management and coordination of internal and external resources including vendor management. We will accept applications from EU countries.

As a leader of the study team, the Global Study Manager (GSM) is responsible for the operational planning, management & execution of clinical studies within Trial Operations department in Research and Development of the company. Several therapeutic areas such as oncology, immuno-inflammation, rare diseases are present within this department.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the management and delivery of the study team operational objectives,

• Ensure that all trial deliverables are met according to the study timelines, within budget and having the highest quality standards.

• Prepare the study related plans and materials

• Identify and mitigate the study risks

• The GSM leads cross-functional study teams: responsible for the coordination of internal/ external resources, organization of internal team meetings, s/he drives and oversees vendors for the flawless execution of studies.

About You

Education and professional Experience

• A master’s degree in clinical trials is expected (pharmacy, project management, engineering school... )

• with several years of experience in clinical trials

Soft skills

• Very good communication

• strong autonomy

• Organized & curious

Technical skills

• Experience of working internationally

• Project Management skills

• Experience in agile working is a plus

Languages

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
