As a Senior Backend Engineer at The Future Is Present you will develop software that enables products from the future to exist now. You ideate, innovate and invent with us. • Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Testing outside-in: end-to-end → integrations → units
• Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for backend code, APIs, and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve frontend issues.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Your Background:

• Backend Development Skills: Proficiency in backend programming languages 
• Database Expertise: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• API Development: Strong experience in designing and building RESTful APIs
• 5+ years of experience within Backend Software Engineering 
• TypeScript / NodeJS
• RDBMS / SQL
• REST APIs
• Git
