TASKS

Project Organization in the field of health care at German subsidiaries
Project support: Creation of various check-up processes with resources and workplace setup planning
Various tasks in our medical health center
Preventive and emergency medical care of our employees
Carrying out various medical examinations (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, laboratory examinations and blood pressure measurements etc.)
Health campaign Support at German subsidiaries, e.g flu vaccination campaign
Administrative tasks, e.g documentation of medical services
Calendar maintenance and scheduling

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Necessary knowledge

High social competence and ability to work in a team
High level of customer orientation, commitment and flexibility
Competencies in project management and independent project work
Experience in medical check-up processes and implementation
Expertise in general and emergency medicine

Preferred Skills

Medical English and German, both written and spoken
Advanced IT knowledge e.g medical Software Basis
Leadership and Service attitude

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

At least 6 years of professional experience as a medical professional / nurse
Project experience e.g. executive check ups, screen glasses process
Deep dive knowledge in the field of internal medicine as well as in-depth skills in preventive examinations such as ergometry and spirometry
