What you will do

• Manage and work on highly innovative digital products

• Be responsible for applications around our core product, the Reerdigung

• Utilise modern software and systems with low- and no-code, such as Airtable and noloco

• Design & build integrations between various tools such as Hubspot, Google Sheet, Stripe, Slack, Notion, thingsboard

• Managing and improving data structure of our tools, such as CRM and marketing tool (Hubspot, Brevo)

• Setting up and improving existing reporting structures (in Looker Studio, Hubspot, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Partner Management, Business Development, etc.)

What you should bring

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, or sciences or working experience in a fast-paced working environment (ideally at a startup)

• You have a track-record of successfully leveraging new tools and technologies or high interest in low- and no code tools

• You are familiar with web development and have a good understanding of data structures

• You have at least fundamental knowledge in JavaScript

• You are collaborative by nature, with a knack for thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.

About us

We at MEINE ERDE revolutionise the burial industry by providing a truly beautiful, life-affirming and sustainable approach to the end of life. At the same time, we contribute to keeping our planet liveable. Within 40 days our burial method transforms a body into fertile soil. We call this process “natural organic reduction” (respectively “Reerdigung” in German). With this green, state-of the-art procedure we actively lead societal change while building upon existing traditions.
