Internship Analytics & Strategy (f/m/d)

Your tasks

Are you a “poet” and a “quant” ? Do you like numbers, but also like finding meaning in them and telling stories with data ?

Join We Are Era’s Analytics & Strategy team for a unique rotational internship experience. Spend 3 months in our Analytics team working with social media data and building foundational analytical skills and then 3 months in the Strategy team advising major brands on their social media content strategies using a data-driven approach.

Analytics Rotation (3 months):

• Collect, organize, and clean data from multiple sources for data analysis
• Collaborate with diverse teams (such as finance, operations, and talent agency) to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely insights
• Create insightful reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
• Learn foundational analytics skills like SQL and PowerBI (if not already proficient)

Strategy Rotation (3 months):

• Support the strategy team with general tasks
• Support with client pitch projects, contributing strategic insights and supporting the creation of pitch presentations
• Generate insights by doing research on target groups, platform insights, influencer data, special topics and trends
• Preparation of competitor insights
• Preparing client reporting presentations

Your profile

• Studies in analytical/technical field OR marketing/media/communications/business
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Additional technical skills like Python, R, PowerBI, or SQL highly desired, but not a must
• Experience with or affinity for Social Media a plus

Compulsory internship within the framework of 40 hrs/week, 520€ remuneration / month, ideally for 6 months.
