Scope of duties

We look for a bioinformatics student to work on basic and extended analysis of qPCR data generated by the Oilnk PEA Multiplex-Immunoassays in context of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis diagnostics.
Beyond the basic QC and expression analysis, we are interested in correlation network reconstruction (similar to the approach described in Mousavian et. al. iScience 2022).

Our requirements

Prospective candidate should be comfortable with using Linux and experienced in R programming; immunological or TB related knowledge is a plus.

Our offer

The HiWi position is limited for 6 months with 20 hours per month.
Remuneration is based on the Collective Agreement for the Public Sector of the Länder (TV-L) including all allowances customary in the public sector.
