Due to the steadily growing business and the expansion of our portfolio, the Research & Development (R&D) group
(part of our Engineering Division) in Krefeld is looking for a

Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Pilot Plant Operation &
Development

Reference no.: 61/2023

We offer flexible working hours and take the requirements of your studies into account in our work organisation. The
position is available for 8-12 hours per week, as per your requirements and wishes. The position can be based in
Krefeld with a mobile office component up to 80%.

Your responsibilities:

• Assistance in the operation and in planned maintenance works of pilot air gas production plants
• Follow-up, troubleshooting and evaluation of equipment
• Data collection and evaluation

Your skills:

You have an engineering background with a bachelor’s degree in process, mechanical, electrical or mechatronical
engineering, or equivalent qualifications. You are currently enrolled at a German university and are pursuing your
master studies. In addition you have:

• Understanding of mechanical construction schemata and drawings and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• First experiences in working with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) – Siemens or ABB – are desirable.
• Good German or English skills, both written and spoken.
