As Customer Success Manager, you will build your customer base and ensure a good overview of the entire customer lifecycle:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners and ensure to make them more successful and satisfied with our technology.
• You work in an exciting environment where multiple industries meet: Successful onboarding with our partners and customers is second nature to you.
• Supporting your customers during challenges like flight cancellations is no problem for you.
• You have the right feeling for what helps your customers and provide valuable input for the further development of the technology.
• You perform analyses of flight movements in your market.
• You control the sales in your area and bring in your own sales-promoting ideas.
• You are an organizational talent and lead your own marketing activities for new and existing customers.
• You consider problems as opportunities: you take complaints on board and deal with them confidently.

What we are looking for

• University degree or apprenticeship in the airline/hotel industry or a similar field
• First professional experience, preferably in the areas of operations and customer service.
• You speak several languages – German and English are frequently used in our company.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You like to travel a lot and visit our customers.
• You can think analytically and explain complex processes.
• Positive mindset and calmness in difficult situations.
