ABOUT THE ROLE´

We’re hiring a Event Manager for our premium facility in the heart of Berlin. As a member of a passionate, highly-skilled team of specialists you’ll be in charge of our daily program at the LVL Berlin venue as well as for multiple third-party events per year for some of the greatest brands and companies in gaming.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating a full schedule of multiple local events per week
• Managing external events and projects from small team nights to digitally distributed global showcases for top-tier clients
• Developing new event formats based on current industry trends
• Being the centerpiece of large-scale event projects that require oversight and coordination between our sales, production and venue operations units
• Working closely with top-tier esports teams, game publishers and content creators on bringing their visions to life and fostering long-lasting relationships
• Reporting directly into the CEO and COO of the company

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-organized coordination mastermind who feels comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time and who loves nothing more than delivering unique experiences to the gaming community.

The ideal candidate should bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as an event or project manager
• Proven track record in planning and executing events for diverse audiences
• Experience in Asana or a similar Project Management Software
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal German and English

BONUS POINTS

• A deep love and understanding of video games, esports and its culture
• Experience in broadcast production environments
