How to contribute to our vision
- Leading and developing a team of Quality Manager in Projects for Onshore, Offshore and Major Projects.
- Ensure Quality planning and control through implementation of project / sub regional specific Q-Plans in according with ISO 10005 / 10006
- Ensure Customer interaction through a) proper fulfillment of contractual requirements; b) professional management of feedback from and to the customer c) contribution to professional customer complaint management
- Use processes, methods and tools in line with the company IMS and QM standards and
support continuous improvement of these through audit and improvements actions. - Ensure adherance to and continual improvements of an effective Quality Management System within allocated area of responsibility.
- Planning and participation in project audits, assessments, reviews and status meetings
- Support the achievement of Quality KPIs and targets for the region
- Ensure QM IT tools are being used in an optimised way by supporting with performance
monitoring, training and run in/out of IT tool changes
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- Technical Degree in Engineering or Professional Quality Accreditation
- Experience in the Quality Management within the Offshore Renewable Sector, Factory Operations / Construction / Service (O&M) prefered
- Experience of people management and strong communicator who can build relationships in a diverse and multi-cultural environment with stakeholder is required
- A focus and passion for Environmental, Quality and Safety improvements
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German would be advantageous
- Very good communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in strategy deployment and transformative change in a Quality environment
