Our multicultural Payroll team is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our Payroll Operations Team. We are looking for a strong leader that will take the ownership and drive the change in our growing EMEA payroll organization.
This individual must be customer obsessed and be eager to dive deep into processes. The ideal candidate will have proven record of delivering process efficiency results. The preferred candidate has experience in EMEA payroll process/payroll systems and has the ability to abstract requirements independently.

As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible to:
- Be a subject matter expert in projects to drive payroll improvements for one country or group of small to medium size countries
- Be a subject matter expert in M&A and expansions projects
- Maintain the operational effectiveness of payroll process from the start to the end
- Collaborate with other payroll leaders to build a culture of balances and checks within the Payroll Operations Team to maintain an efficient and effective audit process
- Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid grown and commitment to quality
- Collaborate in a cross-department environment with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented

- 2+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
