Are you just as enthusiastic about our premium vehicles as you are about digitization and process optimization? - Then start your training with us as a digitalization management assistant (m/f/d). During the three-year training period, you will prepare intensively for your professional life. Right from the start, you will sharpen your eye for processes, analyze them critically, and identify and implement possible ways of digitization to optimize and further develop processes. In the process, you will get to know different areas of the company: Commercial as well as IT departments, in order to best prepare you for your future role as an intermediary between commercial and technical contacts. During your assignments, you will learn how to evaluate customer needs, evaluate IT systems and IT solutions in terms of customer benefits, use programming languages, generate IT solutions independently, and also become familiar with IT security and data protection requirements. Project management methods and the use of digital media will support you in your tasks.

Ready for Go-live? We look forward to receiving your application if you are aiming for or have successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate, your entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or your A-levels. You should also be interested in information technology and business administration. Initial IT knowledge would be perfect, but is not mandatory. Networked and analytical/logical thinking are further qualities that distinguish you, as well as your knowledge of mathematics, German and English. A certain degree of self-organization, initiative as well as communication and team skills complete your profile. We also welcome applications from people with disabilities.
