IP components are the building blocks of the IFX products.
In your new role you will:
- Be a key part of our post-silicon verification & qualification team of verification engineers, test engineers, and reliability experts.
- Contribute to post-silicon verification of IP components (SRAM, ROM, OTP)
- Define test requirements, evaluate, and interpret measurement data, present the results and discuss them with our development partners.
- Work continuously on improving the verification methodology to ensure high quality and reliability standards.
- Support the root cause finding of verification methodology to ensure high quality and reliability standards.
- You will get insights in the subject of test engineering and support test engineers to perform tests on wafer level ATE.
- Partnering closely with several stakeholders such as IP designer, technology & test development, project managers.
You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas and inspire others for your ideas. Furthermore, you strive for best results and demonstrate high quality standards in your daily work. Lastly, you are eager to work I an international and diverse team set-up and think and act in a cooperative way to accomplish ambitious team goals.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or a related field.
- Basic understanding of circuits and semiconductor manufacturing process.
- Knowledge in statistics and different types of distributions, failure rate calculation etc.
- Programming skills in C/C++, Perl and Python.
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-confident presentation of results to international cross functional teams.
- Fluent English language skills.
