Tasks
- Responsibility for the definition, development and continuous improvement of processes in the production area and the interfaces
- Defining and mapping relevant data in the ERP system and creating documents (e.g. work and test instructions)
- Implementation of optimization workshops along the value stream
- Design, optimization and standardization of production processes and workplaces according to lean methods in coordination with the departments involved
- Reviewing vertical integration and developing decision templates for cost-efficient production or outsourcing
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the production / planning environment, ideally in the aviation industry
- Profound ERP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
- Strong team player who actively shapes and drives change
- Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness and initiative
- Solid knowledge of lean and moderation is an advantage
- Initial practical experience in time management an advantage
