YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare materials to facilitate decision-making by the Senior Leadership team (e.g., writing project-related papers)
• Support in preparation of Senior Leadership meetings
• Drive research and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Manage and own small projects across different business units

ABOUT YOU

• You are in the final steps of a Bachelor or Master program in business or management with grades supporting your good analytical & communication skills (you must be enrolled in a university program)
• Previous experience e.g., through an internship or a working student position in the field of consulting or project management and are passionate about strategy development
• Experience in (fashion) e-commerce or a Tech/ Data company is a plus
• You have advanced skills to handle the MS Office toolkit, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal & written)
