In order to sustain the continuous growth of the company, we are looking for:

RF / Microwave Design Engineers (m/f)
for our location in Stuttgart

Your challenge:

Work independently or lead an engineering team to meet project schedules

Design and evaluate components and lay-out design using available design and layout tools

Full technical design and development responsibility for microwave developments

Interface with customers, Business Development engineers, Product management, internal design staff, and
other team members to actively support quality and customer satisfaction

Your ideal profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher education with a major in RF/Microwave focus

Minimum of 5 years of designing passive (lumped and distributed elements) and active RF circuits containing
mixers, switches, RF amplifiers, oscillators, detectors and other required building blocks

Experiences in designing active/passive RF components, sub-systems, and integrated microwave assemblies
using chip and wire, PWB, SMT, as well as advanced packaging techniques (bond wire, flip-chip)

Practical microwave design experience and test of RF/Microwave components or subsystems in RF, Microwave
and Millimeter Wave (up to 70 GHz preferred)

Experience using advance design tools required: 3D electromagnetic simulation- Ansoft HFSS or equivalent,
Linear and non-linear design- Ansoft Designer or equivalent, CAD Software-AutoCad or equivalent, Matlab
and/or Excel

Ability to guide a given project through the entire product development process

Fluent skills in German and English verbal and written

Self-motivated and self-organized

Team player and excellent communication skills
