What can you expect?

• You assist Executive Assistants to the Group COO in overseeing project status and preparing and assisting in project documentation
• You take over the responsibility for projects and tasks in H4 – Operations & IT
• You identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions and deadlines, measure project performance and support the build-up of a strong talent and succession pipeline of key positions in the Operations & IT Community
• You evaluate the effectiveness of the realized initiatives and programs and ensure continuous improvement
• You organize and schedule team meetings, keep track of project costs and perform research

What should you bring along?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a relevant field and ideally gained experience in project and event management, people development, talent and community management, and operations & IT
• You shine with your excellent organizational skills, even in challenging situations and have strong analytical and strategic thinking, but also a pragmatic approach
• You are able to liaise and collaborate with senior business leaders and convince us with your excellent and creative in designing appealing presentations
• You know how to use Excel, Windows, and Power-Point professionally and are a good communicator, verbally and in writing
• You have fluent English skills and at least German B2 level
