Main objectives of the role

HOLOPLOT’s technology brings together innovative hardware and software with state-of-the-art algorithms and simulations, to give unprecedented control over sound. Successfully bringing this into real-world deployments involves collaboration with ambitious clients and world-class engineers.

Your role is to proactively drive for the best solutions, using your relationship management skills to educate, influence and drive the project stakeholders. Your proven project management background includes high organisational abilities, strong communication, an analytical mindset and a track record of hitting deadlines.

The role includes taking the lead in handling a high-profile account based in the US, and will also include other significant projects or partners in the Entertainment sector.

Your role and responsibilities

Ensuring outstanding results in the account(s) you manage, technically and
commercially
Boosting HOLOPLOT’s reputation as a premium supplier in the Pro Audio industry
through seeking high-quality outcomes
Providing clear direction for critical path and deliverables, internally and externally
Identifying, tracking and driving dependencies across different parts of the business
Controlling, monitoring, managing and planning resources
Representing HOLOPLOT in external engagements, primarily through the project
delivery and post-sales support stages
Creating, updating and executing the project planning. You initiate and chair
outcome-driven meetings
Linking with HOLOPLOT’s product teams (hardware, software, deep tech) regarding
feature roadmaps and implementation readiness
Ultimately, using your solution-oriented attitude to find a path forward

You will have the chance to grow your role and influence including line management, as the
company expands.

What you need to succeed in this role

A strong technical background with qualifications in an engineering discipline
(audio/acoustics, building services, networking or similar)
Superb relationship management skills allowing you to deal with multiple, complex
stakeholders and work constructively through challenges
Robust project management skills including managing timelines, budget, milestones and
dependencies, driving and chairing meetings, information management
6+ years experience in construction and/or specialist engineering services, ideally with a
“flagship” project
Ability to influence others at all levels to work around a consistent vision and common
goal
Analytical and solution-based mindset to collect complex information from multiple
sources and make holistic decisions
Flexibility for evening calls to accommodate the US West Coast time zone 2-3 times per
week
Fluent English speaker

HOLOPLOT’s headquarters, including commercial, development and manufacturing, are based in Berlin. To work successfully with our teams, 2-3 days per week in Berlin will be needed.
