You can look forward to

Determining requirements for internal training activities
Planning, organisation, coordination and in some cases implementation of training measures for life and health reinsurance
Developing and expanding training concepts, training materials and the training programme using digital media
Concept development and initial support for new members of staff
Building and coordinating a pool of instructors
Assisting with the selection process for trainees in life and health reinsurance and providing support for them

You come equipped with

Completed degree in business administration, business psychology, organisational development or comparable qualification
Conceptual and hands-on experience in training and further development
Experience in preparing, implementing and following up on in-house training measures
Knowledge of (re)insurance is an asset
Proficient user skills in German and English, coupled with a sound ability to express yourself and persuasive communication and presentation skills
Assured and adept manner combined with initiative, a flair for organisation and creativity
