Financial Controller Ilos New Energy, Greece in Karlsruhe bei ILOS Projects GmbH

As a financial controller you handle accounting related tasks for a company, keeps and analyzes financial data as well as controlling our Renewable Energies Projects with an expertise to Investments, corporate governance, bank relationships. The duties of Ilos Greece financial controller include international reporting, bookkeeping and budgeting.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

• Main roles and responsibilities of position are:
• Controlling, reporting and budgeting of our projects
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory
• Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Controlling work needed for project development, monitoring costs
• Coordinating and fulfilling the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Bank reconciliation and record keeping.
• Cooperation and communication with the banks
• Archiving Invoices
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements, tax filings and payroll issues
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Ensure government compliance in all tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Proficient MS Office (M365) skills and accounting software.
• Fluent English
• Professional or native language Greek
• Organization skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
