Supply Chain Specialist in München bei The Estée Lauder Companies

For our Supply Chain Team in Munich we are currently looking for a "Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)"

The position:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, it will be your responsibility to support the Supply Chain Team regarding project management and strategic matters. This includes deep dive analytics, conclusion drawing, proposal making and project management. Needed is a profound transversal coordination ability to work across multiple Supply Chain functions and to drive IT solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Support in internal and cross functional projects with focus on Customer Supply Chain (Areas: Order-to-Cash, Distribution and Transportation)
• Work closely with other Supply Chain functions and IT
• Support the Head of Supply Chain in coordinating tasks and projects: project management, meeting preparation, presentation, documentation
• Coordinate actions that positively affect customer experience
• Develop and run the monthly KPI dashboard to ensure performance monitoring

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree, commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain function in a B2B environment
• Strong ability to analyse complex information and processes
• Independent, organized and structured way of working
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, goal oriented, and time sensitive environment
• IT affinity, knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and other relevant IT systems
• Fluent in German and English
